Plant the paper outdoors in the spring or fall. Plant anytime indoors with good sunlight, then transplant to a more permanent location outdoors when weather permits.
If you do not intend to plant your seed card right away, it is best to store it in a cool, dry, and fairly dark place until you are ready to plant. Seeds like to hibernate too, and your seeds will stay viable for 2-6 years!
