TO SUSTAINABILITY
and beyond!
Sustainability is at the core of what we do at Notes of Eden, but we don't just stop with sustainable. We carefully vet each of our materials to ensure that they are both high-quality and beyond-zero-waste, and we are always looking for new, creative ways to be greener!
We created Notes of Eden because we wanted to leave the world a kinder, cleaner, greener place, and here are some of the ways we're working to make that happen...

The Business
Our tiny, woman-owned business is committed to the highest degree of sustainability, quality, and ethical practices. We believe that green is everyone's best color!

The Envelopes
Our carbon-neutral envelopes are all made of 100% recycled, FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certified paper made in America by facilities powered by 100% renewable energy!

The Seed Paper
Our premium wildflower and herb seed papers are made from 100% post-consumer industrial paper by Bloomin Seed Paper in Boulder, Colorado. Their facility is over 100% solar powered!

The Displays
Each wooden card display is handmade with love in South Minneapolis by James Craig. James laser-cuts each display from premium renewable birch plywood—a Class B recyclable material!

The Seeds
The seeds embedded in our paper are all certified non-GMO, non-invasive in all of North America, pollinator friendly, and most of them are drought-resistant! We're making trash into treasures.

The Packaging
We are committed to sustainability from start to finish, which is why even our packaging is sustainable! From our brown paper wrapping to our compostable cello sleeves—earth-friendly!
